CORPWELL MAGNUM CAPITAL INC., 17835558 Canada Inc. (Tress Lounge Canada), Mr. Kamalpreet Khaira, Ms. Chris Gill (also known as “Kricpy Khera”), and their representatives are no longer authorized to represent Tress Lounge or offer, sell, or execute Tress Lounge franchise agreements in Canada.
Please verify all Tress Lounge Canada communications, franchise opportunities, and payments directly with Tress Lounge.

This is to inform the public that the Master Franchise Agreement executed with CORPWELL MAGNUM CAPITAL INC. for the development and operation of the Tress Lounge brand in Canada was terminated on 14 March 2026, accordingly:
Prospective franchisees, investors, landlords, suppliers, business partners, and members of the public are advised to verify the authenticity of any communication relating to Tress Lounge in Canada directly with Tress Lounge before entering into any agreement or making any payment.
